OUR POLICY AND OTHER INFORMATION

At Eyeminsportfishing, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience. Our policies cover deposits, gratuities, fuel surcharges, and cancellations to ensure clarity and fairness. We prioritize your safety and satisfaction, and our team is committed to delivering the best service on Lake Erie.

Deposit: A $100 per day deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Gratuity: A 15%-20% tip for the First Mate is customary. The First Mate is on the boat before you and stays until the job is done. They are experienced professionals committed to ensuring you have a positive experience during your trip.
Fuel Surcharge: Trips more than 10 miles offshore will require an $80.00 fuel surcharge. The Captain will assess current fishing conditions and recommend nearshore or offshore options.
Weather Cancellation Policy: Eyeminsportfishing reserves the right to cancel trips due to unsafe weather conditions. If the trip is canceled, you will be given the option to reschedule for another day, or your deposit will be refunded.
Client Cancellations: To receive a full refund of your deposit, all client cancellations must be made at least 14 DAYS in advance.
